Eligibility

When using the website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business and provide the information submitted.

You must not impersonate another person, supplier, buyer, company or organisation.

Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are authorised to represent the business
• You have the right to submit the content
• The listing does not mislead buyers
• Certifications, licences and registrations stated are genuine and current
• Product descriptions do not make unsupported or unlawful claims
• Contact details may be displayed publicly
• You will update the listing when important information changes

Supplier listings are subject to review and approval. Submission does not guarantee publication.

We may edit formatting, correct minor errors, request supporting information, reject a listing, temporarily hide it or remove it where reasonably necessary.

Listing Approval Is Not Verification

Reviewing or approving a listing does not mean that Export2GCC has independently verified every statement made by the supplier.

Unless a profile carries a clearly defined verification status, Export2GCC does not guarantee:

• The supplier’s legal existence
• Ownership or management
• Financial condition
• Factory capacity
• Product quality
• Export experience
• Certifications or licences
• Production capability
• Delivery performance
• Creditworthiness
• Compliance with destination-country requirements

The appearance of a supplier on Export2GCC is not an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, warranty or guarantee.

Buyers must carry out their own checks before entering into any commercial arrangement.

Unclaimed Supplier Listings

Export2GCC may create basic supplier profiles using factual information available through official company websites, business pages, public records, trade organisations or other publicly accessible sources.

These profiles may be marked as:

Unclaimed Listing

An unclaimed profile does not mean that the supplier created, approved or verified the listing.

A supplier may contact us to:

• Claim the listing
• Correct inaccurate information
• Provide updated information
• Request removal
• Verify authority to manage the profile

We may require proof that the person requesting control of a listing is authorised to represent the relevant business.

Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of their profiles
• Product quality and safety
• Prices and quotations
• Samples
• Packaging
• Certifications
• Regulatory compliance
• Export documentation
• Shipment arrangements
• Customs requirements
• Delivery commitments
• Warranties
• Returns
• Refunds
• After-sales support
• Communications with buyers

Suppliers must not use Export2GCC to offer prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or misrepresented products.

Buyer Requirements

Buyers may submit product-sourcing requirements through the website.

A buyer requirement may include:

• Company information
• Contact details
• Product name
• Specifications
• Required quantity
• Packaging requirements
• Destination
• Delivery expectations
• Target price
• Preferred Incoterm
• Supporting document links
• Additional commercial information

By submitting a requirement, the buyer authorises Export2GCC to review the information and, where appropriate, share it with potentially relevant suppliers or service providers.

The buyer confirms that:

• The requirement is genuine
• The submitted details are accurate
• The request is lawful
• The buyer is authorised to act for the stated organisation
• The information does not violate another person’s rights
• Confidential information is not submitted without proper authorisation

Export2GCC does not guarantee that a supplier will respond, provide a quotation, accept the requested terms or complete a transaction.

Role of Export2GCC

Export2GCC operates as a supplier-discovery, directory and enquiry platform.

Unless expressly agreed through a separate written contract, Export2GCC does not act as:

• A buyer
• A seller
• A manufacturer
• An importer
• An exporter
• A distributor
• A freight forwarder
• A customs broker
• A payment processor
• A commercial agent
• A supplier representative
• A buyer representative
• A party to transactions between users

Export2GCC does not participate in:

• Negotiating prices
• Issuing or accepting purchase orders
• Preparing sales contracts
• Collecting or transferring transaction payments
• Inspecting or approving products
• Arranging shipment or customs clearance
• Confirming delivery
• Providing product warranties
• Processing returns or refunds
• Settling commercial disputes between buyers and suppliers

Any commercial relationship is entered into directly between the buyer and supplier.

Independent Verification by Buyers

Before making payments or placing orders, buyers should independently verify matters such as:

• Supplier identity
• Business-registration details
• GST and IEC details
• Licences and certifications
• Factory or office location
• Product samples
• Product specifications
• Quality standards
• Packaging
• Production capacity
• Previous export experience
• Customer references
• Bank-account ownership
• Payment instructions
• Destination-country import requirements
• Shipping and insurance arrangements

Buyers should take particular care when payment instructions change or when a supplier requests payment into a personal or unrelated bank account.

Export2GCC is not responsible for losses caused by a user’s failure to perform suitable commercial checks.

Communications Between Users

Users may communicate through website forms, messages, email, telephone, WhatsApp or external websites.

Users are responsible for assessing the authenticity and reliability of all communications.

You must not use the website to send:

• Spam
• Unsolicited mass promotions
• Fraudulent payment requests
• Malicious files or links

Reviews should be based on a genuine:

Reviews must be honest, relevant and written in good faith.

Reviews must not contain:

• False allegations
• Abusive or discriminatory language
• Personal attacks

• Personal data that should not be published
• Competitor manipulation
• Promotional content
• Irrelevant links
• Threats or extortion
• Content posted in exchange for an undisclosed benefit

Reviews may require manual approval before publication.

Export2GCC may reject, edit, hide or remove a review that violates these Terms or creates a reasonable legal, safety or moderation concern.

Publication of a review does not mean that Export2GCC has verified or endorsed every statement it contains.

Suppliers may be allowed to respond to reviews. Responses must also remain professional and comply with these Terms.

Reporting Listings and Content

Users may report listings, reviews, messages or other content that they believe is:

• False
• Misleading
• Fraudulent
• Infringing
• Abusive
• Unsafe
• Unlawful
• Outdated
• Impersonating another business

Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate removal.

We may investigate the report, request evidence, contact the relevant user, temporarily restrict content or take other reasonable action.

False or malicious reporting may result in account restriction.

Fees

Supplier registration, standard supplier listing submission and buyer access are currently provided without charge.

Export2GCC may introduce optional paid services in the future, such as:

• Featured listings
• Priority placement
• Advertising
• Subscription plans
• Enhanced profile services
• Document-review services
• Promotional services
• Buyer-requirement alerts

Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the user purchases or activates the relevant service.

Users will not be automatically charged merely because they have registered or submitted a standard listing.

Future paid services may be subject to additional terms, pricing and refund conditions.

Prohibited Products and Activities

You must not use Export2GCC to promote, request, sell or facilitate products or activities prohibited under applicable law.

Prohibited content may include:

• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen goods
• Fraudulent documents
• Illegal drugs
• Unlawfully supplied medicines
• Weapons or explosives offered unlawfully
• Hazardous substances offered without legal authority
• Products infringing intellectual-property rights

Export2GCC may remove content or suspend accounts where prohibited or high-risk activity is suspected.

User Content

“User Content” includes text, images, logos, documents, reviews, messages, product information and other material submitted to the website.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Export2GCC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Display it
• Format it
• Reproduce it
• Publish it
• Resize or optimise it
• Distribute it through the website
• Use it to operate and promote the directory

This licence continues while the content remains published and for a reasonable period needed for backups, legal compliance or dispute handling.

You confirm that your User Content does not:

• Misuse another business’s trademark
• Infringe privacy rights
• Disclose confidential information without permission
• Contain unlawful or malicious material
• Misrepresent a product or organisation

Intellectual Property of Export2GCC

The Export2GCC name, logo, website design, original written content, layout, graphics, database organisation and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Export2GCC, except for User Content and third-party material.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without prior written permission.

Normal browsing, linking to public pages and sharing individual supplier-profile links are permitted.

Automated scraping, bulk extraction or reproduction of the directory database is prohibited unless authorised in writing.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Export2GCC Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information submitted in supplier profiles may be publicly displayed, including company names, locations, products, websites and business contact information.

Users should not submit confidential, private or unnecessary personal information in fields intended for public display.

Buyer-requirement information may be shared with potentially relevant suppliers where this is consistent with the purpose of the submission.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act establishes a framework for processing digital personal data for lawful purposes and recognising individuals’ data-protection rights.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Supplier profiles may contain links to:

• Supplier websites
• Social-media pages
• WhatsApp
• External catalogues
• Payment providers
• Logistics services
• Government databases
• Other third-party resources

Export2GCC does not control third-party websites or services.

A link does not mean that Export2GCC endorses the third party, its products, security, privacy practices or statements.

Users access external services at their own discretion.

Website Availability

We aim to maintain reasonable website availability, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Export2GCC does not make warranties concerning:

• Accuracy of all user-submitted information
• Supplier reliability
• Buyer reliability
• Product quality
• Commercial suitability
• Completeness of listings
• Freedom from every technical error
• Successful completion of any transaction

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Export2GCC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:

Export2GCC’s role is limited to providing directory, discovery and enquiry facilities.

Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. India’s Consumer Protection Act provides statutory protections that contractual terms cannot simply override where the legislation applies.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Export2GCC and its proprietor against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• False or misleading information submitted by you
• Your products, services or business activities
• Your infringement of another party’s rights
• Your unlawful use of the website
• A commercial dispute caused by your actions or representations

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim was directly caused by Export2GCC’s unlawful conduct.

• Restrict an account
• Encourage the parties to communicate
• Preserve relevant platform records

Export2GCC is not obligated to arbitrate, decide or settle private commercial disputes.

Users remain responsible for seeking professional, legal, regulatory or law-enforcement assistance where necessary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

• Changes to website functions
• New services
• Changes in law
• Security requirements
• Operational improvements
• Introduction of paid services

The updated date will be displayed at the top of the page.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Supplier Listing Terms, Supplier Listing Guidelines, User Registration Terms and any additional terms applying to a particular service, form the agreement governing use of Export2GCC.

Where additional service-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the service-specific terms will apply to that particular service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory legal rights and any jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts having jurisdiction in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to Export2GCC, the website or these Terms.
